Background:	ARF19 is an auxin response factor that contains the conserved VP1-B3 DNA-binding domain at its N-terminus and the Aux/IAA-like domains III and IV present in most ARFs at its C-terminus. ARF19 interacts with IAA1 and other auxin response elements such as ER7 and ER9.
